QBR — Quarterly Business Review

Structured quarterly review covering performance, wins, challenges, and next-quarter goals.

A complete 12-slide sample deck. The companies and figures in it are invented — slide-deck.io writes the same structure around your own topic, your brand colours and your data, and exports it as an editable .pptx.

  1. Q3 Business Review
    1

This is a review, not a pitch. Set the tone in one line: what we said we would do, what happened, what changes.

  2. What we will cover, and what we need from you
    2

Name the two decisions on the agenda slide so nobody is surprised when we get there.

  3. We hit revenue and missed pipeline coverage
    3

The beat is real but it drew down pipeline. Coverage at 2.7x is the number that decides whether Q4 works, and it is the reason for both decisions later in this deck.

  4. Bookings beat plan in three of four quarters
    4

The one miss was Q4 FY24, when we changed the comp plan mid-quarter. Worth naming so the pattern reads as three-for-three since.

  5. The metrics behind the number
    5

Bigger deals, taken more slowly, won less often. That is one story, not four metrics — we moved upmarket and the funnel is still adjusting.

  6. Customer health: four accounts carry 19% of ARR and two are amber
    6

Both amber accounts renew inside 90 days. Ferrous is an executive-sponsor change; Statewide is an adoption problem. Different fixes — do not let them get discussed as one issue.

  7. Three wins worth repeating
    7

The security questionnaire pack is the transferable one. It cut Cordell’s cycle in half and it is available to every rep today.

  8. Two problems, two owners, two dates
    8

These are the two votes. Both are reversible in one quarter, which is the argument for deciding now rather than gathering more data.

  9. What product is shipping that changes the sales motion
    9

Only the SOC 2 report lands inside Q4. Plan the quarter as though the rest does not exist, and treat anything earlier as upside.

  10. Q4 commitments
    10

Transition slide. Everything after this is what we are signing up for, not what happened.

  11. Q4 targets by segment
    11

Enterprise and EMEA are both below the 3.5x bar. The SDR reallocation closes roughly 0.6x of that gap by mid-quarter; the rest has to come from partner sourcing.

  12. Action items and owners
    12

Read these out with the dates. Every one of them is checked at the January review, and that is where this deck starts next quarter.
