OKR Review

Quarterly OKR progress review with per-objective scorecards and next-quarter preview.

A complete 10-slide sample deck. The companies and figures in it are invented — slide-deck.io writes the same structure around your own topic, your brand colours and your data, and exports it as an editable .pptx.

  1. Q3 OKR review
    1

Set the frame: this is a scoring session, not a status update. Every key result gets a number before anyone gets a narrative.

  2. How the quarter scored
    2

Distinguish the average from the tail. A healthy average hiding three big misses is the failure mode this slide exists to catch.

  3. Objective 1 — Make the first week work
    3

Objective score 0.83. Time to first deck beat target badly, which suggests the target was set too low rather than the team overperforming.

  4. Objective 2 — Win enterprise deals
    4

Objective score 0.58, and it is entirely the SAML slip. Pipeline and questionnaire time both held, so demand was never the problem.

  5. Objective scores across four quarters
    5

Scores have hovered around 0.7 for a year. That is the right zone — a quarter at 0.95 would mean the targets were too easy.

  6. Objectives 3 and 4, briefly
    6

The last line is the finding of the whole review. Two of our four objectives were hostage to one hiring plan.

  7. What we are learning
    7

Move from scoring to interpretation. Everything after this changes how next quarter is set.

  8. What the scores are telling us
    8

The mid-quarter scoring change is the highest-value one. Both severe misses were visible in week five.

  9. What carries into Q4
    9

Carrying an objective forward is fine. Carrying it forward unchanged after a 0.4 is not, which is why support was re-targeted.

  10. How Q4 objectives get set
    10

The measurement-source rule is new this quarter. Three of the fourteen key results this quarter had no agreed source until week eight.
