All-Hands Meeting

Company-wide meeting covering highlights, financial update, team spotlight, and priorities.

A complete 10-slide sample deck. The companies and figures in it are invented — slide-deck.io writes the same structure around your own topic, your brand colours and your data, and exports it as an editable .pptx.

  1. All-hands — November
    1

Hold this slide for thirty seconds while people join. Then start on time regardless of who is missing.

  2. What we will cover
    2

Naming the anonymous questions up front is what gets people to submit them next time.

  3. The quarter
    3

Give the miss the same airtime as the beat. People find out either way, and finding out later is worse.

  4. Four quarters of growth
    4

The point is not the level, it is that growth accelerated in each of the last three quarters. That is unusual and worth saying out loud.

  5. The reorganisation
    5

Slow down here. This is the section everyone actually came for.

  6. What is changing, plainly
    6

Say the last line early and say it clearly. Until it is said, nobody hears anything else on this slide.

  7. Why we are doing it
    7

Give the honest reason, including the part where the previous structure was our own choice. That is what makes the explanation believable.

  8. What happens when
    8

Concrete dates are what reduce anxiety. Vague reassurance does not.

  9. What is shipping before the year ends
    9

Include the paused item. A shipping list that only contains good news teaches people to discount the list.

Stop presenting. If nobody speaks in the first fifteen seconds, read out an anonymous question yourself to start it.
